All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of Our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of JKL Immigration’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of Ontario, Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
General:
The telephonic consultation provides you with an opportunity to get answers about the Canadian immigration process, checking your eligibility, potential eligibility issues, the required documents during the immigration process and to get the sense of the fee involved, if we agree to take you as our client. The retainer fee for the actual application fee is not discussed until we go through all the aspects of the prospective Clients’ situation and the relevant documents are provided to us for assessment. The purpose of the telephonic consultation is not to render a definitive advice as it may be impossible to fully assess a matter within the time frame allotted for a phone consultation or with the (information or documents) that you may be able to provide at before or during the initial phone consultation.
All discussions and advice given during any phone consultation are preliminary and based on the facts and documents provided during the meeting. A more thorough study of the facts and documents is usually necessary for more definitive advice to be given. Also, any advice given during the phone consultation may change if certain matters were omitted or not mentioned truthfully during the consultation.
Any information rendered by you/your designate such as spouse/ fiancé/ friend / parents or any other friend or related person to the point of booking the initial consultation and during the course of the telephonic consultation will be governed as per our privacy policy posted on this website.
The services rendered via our Canadian representative (RCIC) is governed by the Code of Conduct laid down by the Council, CCIC, Ontario, Canada and hence is incorporated and followed during the course of providing representation and counsel to the Client.
Future Service Agreement:
JKL Immigration accepts Clients only upon execution of Retainer Agreement. The Retainer Agreement duly signed between the JKL Immigration and the Client lays down the terms of engagement, scope and other relevant information. Any person asking for our legal help for their immigration matter, does not become our client unless a proper executed retainer agreement is signed and dated by both the authorized representative from JKL Immigration and the client after he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions written on the retainer agreement.
